Can I bring siblings/babies along?
Absolutely! We welcome you to bring your little one along. Many caregivers will bring along a pram or small mat for younger siblings. No payment is required for children under 15 months.
Do you offer free trials?
We are no longer offering registrations for free trials. Our little business has grown and sessions fill up with paid enrolments quickly. We do offer a 4-week guarantee - a refund of the remaining 6 sessions if your child isn't enjoying or engaging in the class after their 4th session. More information below.
Do you offer refunds? What is the 4 week guarantee?
If your little one is genuinely not happy and isn't engaging at all after 4 weeks; we will refund the remaining balance on your account. Adapting to a new environment can be tricky. It sometimes takes a few weeks of observing to build confidence and participate fully. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
What should my child wear?
We want your little one to be comfortable and safe in our classes. We recommend closed in shoes with a bit of grip. Sneakers are perfect! Leggings/pants/shorts and a t-shirt. Whatever is comfortable! Please no socks or bare feet.
What happens if my child misses a class?
We offer unlimited make-up classes at all locations throughout the term. Alternatively, you can gift your class to a friend or request an online class. Please contact us for session availability.
How many children are in a session?
Our 18m - 4yrs classes cap at 12 children per session.
