Can I bring siblings/babies along?
Absolutely! We welcome you to bring your little one along. Many caregivers will bring along a pram or small mat for younger siblings. No payment is required for children under 15 months. Please choose our "discounted sibling" option if your second child is 15+ months.
Do you offer refunds? What is the 4 week guarantee?
If your little one is genuinely not happy and isn't engaging at all after 4 weeks; we will refund the remaining balance on your account. Adapting to a new environment can be tricky. It sometimes takes a few weeks of observing to build confidence and participate fully. We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please note this option is available to brand new Jiggle Jam families only.
What should my child wear?
We want your little one to be comfortable and safe in our classes. We recommend closed in shoes with a bit of grip. Please no socks or bare feet. Comfortable clothes that your child can move in - our Jiggle Jam t-shirt is optional.
What happens if my child misses a class?
We offer unlimited make-up classes at all locations throughout the term. Alternatively, you can gift your class to a friend or request an online class. Please contact us for session availability. Bookings are required.
How many children are in a session?
Our 18m - 4yrs classes cap at 12-14 children per session depending on room size.
