Passionate Movement is a unique and full-on day to awaken your body and free your mind, just the medicine we need as we head into winter. Malcolm, Sarah and Jo will guide you through a dynamic, connecting and uplifting journey from which you will emerge uplifted, inspired, and joyful. The day will offer wonderful way’s to connect to yourself, and others - those you know and those you don’t. The unique energy that long term friends Malcolm, Sarah and Jo evoke in the space, is playful, deep and nourishing. Please come, and let your friends know of this unique event, all are welcome, no previous experience needed.

SARAH WARWICK is a singer, songwriter, teacher, and sound healer. She had ten years of international success, mostly under the stage name Sarah Washington. She had three number 1 dance hits in the UK & the US. A highly experienced teacher, she trained with Chris James in the Art of Healing Sound in 1999 and has been leading transformational singing, songwriting and sound healing events and courses all over the world for more than 20 years. She teaches in China, Skyros, Turkey, London and the New Forest in the UK. Sarah is passionate about helping others find their natural voice, and bring joy and healing through song.
JO HARDY is a body based psychotherapist for the last 35 years and conscious dance teacher for 20 years (5 Rhythms, Movement Medicine and Open Floor.) She is passionate about dance as a natural, deep and playful pathway to deeper embodiment, self awareness and self empowerment.
Her focus has been the integration of conscious dance, psychotherapy and transformational Life Coaching. She has travelled widely teaching workshops in China, Taiwan, Canada and many countries in Europe. Jo is known to teach with a grounded gentle clarity, good down to earth humour, heart inspiring music.
PRACTICALITIES
Cost: £95 Early Bird if paid by October 7th | £110 after October 7th | £120 on door.
Please note fees paid are non-refundable
Venue: Alexandra Hall, St Lukes, Kew, TW9 2 AJ. We will be in the beautiful upper hall, formed in the original roof timbers of the church and still incorporating a stunning arched ceiling. Character windows add to this wonderful space for dancing & singing.
