The day will offer wonderful way’s to connect to yourself, and others - those you know and those you don’t. The unique energy that long term friends Sarah and Jo evoke in the space, is playful, deep and nourishing. Gabrielle Roth's Five Rhythm's Wave to awaken the body and free the mind with Jo Hardy. Jo is passionate about dance as a natural, deep and playful pathway to deeper embodiment, creativity, self awareness and self empowerment.

We will be in the beautiful upper hall, formed in the original roof timbers of the church and still incorporating a stunning arched ceiling.
