WildBop in the Woods 🌳 A collaboration with Brighton Wellness Festival
Join us for something really special, an sunset dance journey in beautiful Stanmer park as the evening light settles around us.
Dancing together is unity. This is a moment for community to gather, feel, dance, heal and find joy, and to honour the earth as we move.
How it flows:
We ground together and set an intention, have an optional cacao, do some breathing, stretching, and then it's silent disco headsets on for a carefully curated musical journey, building gently from earthy, grounding rhythms up through the energy and back down before we unify and then come into stillness, meditating before we close.
No routines, no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Dance as big or as little as you like. Close your eyes, feel the earth beneath your feet, and just move.
Open to all, no experience needed.
What to bring:
Layers.
Water
Bare feet or comfortable shoes for uneven ground.
Please book ahead so we can be prepared with the ceremonial cacao.
We'll be down at the bottom of the park on the right as you come in, we'll have someone to direct you from the car park.
Please note: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If we need to reschedule due to weather, your booking will automatically transfer or be refunded depending on your availability.

Arrive from 6.30pm to collect your headset - we start at 6.45pm with the breathing/intentions etc. We’ll be on the beach near Hove Lagoon, and will have a couple of peeps to help direct.
Bring: layers, water, and bare feet or comfortable shoes. Something small to sit on is lovely for the opening and closing.
