December Chill Time Well-Being Workshop December 3rd 9.30 - 12.30

Why not take some time to invest in yourself? This blissful half-day retreat will be just what your body and mind need to replenish.

What to expect?

A beautiful setting!

The Basement Snug is a fabulous, intimate space where you can really relax.

Some very gentle movement.

Mindful movement will feature as part of this workshop but the golden word of the day is SLOW...

Yummy treats and drinks.

Of course!

Time and space to reflect.

Journalling prompts will be offered, you may wish you bring your own journal (paper and pens will be provided).

Relaxation

A deep, delicious, restful relaxation.

What is provided?

Pretty much everything! Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, hot water bottles, warm drinks and brunch will all be provided. The only thing you need to think about is getting yourself there!

This event is being held at The Basement Snug in Kenilworth.

All resources are provided, however you may wish to bring with you a water bottle and journal if you have one.

Parking is available at Abbey Fields Car Park.

Half Day Well-Being Workshop Ticket

Ticket for one person to attend three hour workshop.Inclusive of all props as well as drinks and a snack.

Parking is available at Abbey Fields. I recommend that you don't use the parking on the high street, as this is limited to just 2 hours.
