Mindful Makers is a drop off class for children aged 6+
Each class starts with a gentle yoga flow and then ends with a mindful craft. It is a space for imaginations to flourish, expression to develop and for children to find their calm after a busy day.

In this next block of 4 ( which can also be purchased as PAYG) sessions will be inspired by ' Our Amazing World' encouraging children to respect nature, and have a sense of global awareness
