Children will be invited to move, stretch, breathe, create and explore through a range of activities inspired by 'The Great Outdoors!'
Expect animal poses, mindful movement and relaxation. Our popular extended YOGA and WELLBEING session is the perfect place for your child to unwind, create and simply Just Be while having fun and developing skills that support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
A healthy fruit snack will be provided.
Please wait at the bottom gate at 12.55pm and one of us will be there to greet the children. At the end of the day, please wait at the gate once again, and we will open it for you at 4pm.
