60 minutes of Yin and Restorative Yoga followed by a 15 minute Relaxation or Yoga Nidra.
A time to rest and restore and to welcome in the weekend.
Please bring a yoga mat along with a bolster, blocks, bricks, cushions and blankets if you have them. And prepare to relax 🥰
