Join Lizzie at KABBALA for a wonderful morning of connection, community and cake.
After a welcome and tea there will be a fun Yoga practice suitable for all to connect & uplift,
Followed by an extended guided meditation & relaxation to restore
Finish with a relaxed nourishing plant-based brunch & conversation with like-minded folks
MENU will be finalised nearer the time but you can expect delicious whole foods with warm and cool options, teas. coffees and smoothies, all prepared by Lizzie.
Included in your ticket price is a £5 donation going towards Yoga Stops Traffick, and organisation working to support the victims & survivors of human trafficking, mostly women and children, founded in India but working worldwide.
Each Year there is a global initiative to come together through Yoga to raise awareness and funds for this important cause.
The event will remain light hearted and no further contribution is required, but there will be information about Yoga Stops Traffick with links etc available should you wisht to learn more.
Please bring any yoga equipment you wish, but Mats, Blocks, Bolsters and Blanket are all provided.
Bring a water bottle, and perhaps a travel cup?
