A Sound Bath is an experience where you’re immersed in deep sound vibrations using specific tones and frequencies intended to deeply relax to heal your body.
Sound Baths are rooted in the idea that these particular frequencies correspond to specific energy centres in your body known as Chakras in Yoga and by increasing prana or life force also known as Chi in Chinese Medicine.
As well as healing, Sound Baths can be a wonderful experience allowing you to completely rest and let go—you can even be transported to another dimension.
You will be lying down for the duration of the Sound Bath. We provide mats and a light blanket and bolster but please feel free to bring comfortable cushions or more blankets to help you feel warm and cosy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water. We provide teas and light snacks, there is social time at the end of the session.
