Gong & Sound Immersion with Juliet

"You are warmly invited to our Gong/Sound Immersion Workshop to experience the beautiful sounds of the gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drum, chimes and a variety of other instruments.

All you need do is lay down and let the healing sounds wash over you. We will start with a short meditation to lead you into the immersion. Then allow the sound and vibration to aid your body to relax and your mind to quieten as your brainwaves ease down into a meditative alpha/theta state - the optimal state for healing and transformation.

Some of the many benefits of the immersion can be;
balancing the autonomic nervous system to lower stress and anxiety levels, improved sleep, an increase in focus and clarity and a decrease in tension and fatigue. It can also aid in pain relief as your body starts to relax and let go.
We will provide yoga mats , bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, but you are very welcome to bring your own additional comforts. You are more than welcome to bring a camping/recliner type chair if laying on the floor is not an option for you

The session is from 6.30 - 8.30pm and please ensure to arrive in plenty of time to get your spot and get settled.

The sound immersion will be 75 minutes approximately and afterwards you are invited to sit in circle for chat, refreshments and oracle cards. There will also be the opportunity to ‘play’ some of the instruments yourself to really feel the resonance within!
