This is a full day to settle into a slower pace; move the body mindfully; rest a little; spend time in nature; and restore your energy levels.
The programme will include slow flow yoga; a leisurely walk in the local countryside; a nourishing lunch of home-made soup, bread and fruit; breathing practices; and deep relaxation in the form of yoga nidra.
There will be a selection of hot drinks provided along with some healthy cakes/snacks.
All in the company of other friendly yogis!
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other props you require eg.eye pillow, cushion/pillow. I will provide one yoga block per person and yoga belts.
You will also need suitable clothing and footwear for walking.
