What’s Included
Yoga
Optional sunrise practice each morning, plus embodied yoga, restorative sessions, free movement and gentle vinyasa flow throughout the weekend. Designed to support hormonal balance, calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your body.
(Weather permitting, we may practise outdoors.)
Sound Healing
A deeply relaxing session to soothe the mind and release tension.
Sauna & Cold Plunge
Wood-fired sauna experience with optional cold plunge to revive and restore.
Accommodation
Luxury barn conversions with ensuite facilities (single, twin or triple options available). Safari Tent accommodation also available.
Fully Catered
Nourishing, wholesome meals enjoyed together in the main barn. Teas, coffee and soft drinks included.
