Strong Core - open heart to lightness

A 6 week online course that takes us on the wheel of core work and progerssively moving to stability, opening and softening within.
A 60min class integrating our breath, movement, spine and stillness. Each week working to revolutionize our conneciton to your own power, stability and strength. And the ripple effect will be the releasing and letting go.

A breath based vinyasa practice which will take you through step by step alignment, intelligent sequencing so your feel safe to try things out and no frills - just getting down to it. Each week we will link the core to certain parts of our body - for example our shoulders, our legs, our abs etc. To have a stable core you also need to release and open the parts of your body that feel constricted, that have less mobility. Closing with stilness in meditation focusing on our self power for a strong year ahead.
