As we say hello to lighter evenings and the warmer weather June's Grounded is in collaboration with the wonderful Tess.
We will connect through breath work and mobility before bringing ourselves into stillness with sound bath healing at The Hay Barn.
Instructions
Please wear layers to keep warm and cosy socks for the sound bath at the end. Mats, blocks and bolsters are all provided.
