-Would you like to meet up with other mums while getting moving after your pregnancy?
This class is about getting Mummy moving and breathing with a special focus on improving the connection and strength between your core and pelvic floor, which helps to reduce lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain. We will work on relaxing shoulders, necks, lower backs and strengthening the upper body and wrists to help you with the demands of early motherhood.
No previous experience is required and babies welcome! However, if you fancy some time solely to yourself this class can just be for Mum! You are more than welcome to attend without baby too.
No fancy pilates clothing needed! – PJS WELCOME, JUST BRING WATER AND A BLANKET FOR BABY TO LIE ON...feed when you need to or even sleep when the baby sleeps!
We will provide all the equipment needed... we think you'll have enough to carry!
(Recommended to wait about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks Caesarean).
All classes will be face to face at our practice at 80 Kirkland, opposite the Kendal Parish Church. A recording of each class will be made available for 1 week following the face to face class.

All equipment will be provided for you, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing some water along. All babies will have mats along with mum, we just ask you bring along a blanket for your little ones to lay on too.
A registration form will be sent out to you in the confirmation email, we ask this to be completed as soon as possible so Alison has time to check through these ahead of the classes.
