Join us for a fun-filled Easter Forest School sessions at Saltdean and/or Parkwood, packed with outdoor exploration, creativity, adventure and learning!
Taking place at Saltdean on April 7th, 8th, and 9th and 14th April at Parkwood, this is the perfect opportunity for children to connect with nature, learn new skills, and enjoy the great outdoors together.
The Monday 14th Session will take place at Parkwood Campsite, near Poynings.
The sessions run from 9am-3pm and are for children aged 7-11.

Over the three days at Saltdean (as long as the weather allows), we’ll be heading out to explore our local natural habitats, uncovering the wonders of the world right on our doorstep. In our February half term session, we made a special beach trip as well as trip up into our woodlands between Saltdean & Rottingdean.
Back at the Forest School (based at Saltdean Primary School), the children will get hands-on with Easter-themed crafts and activities, sparking their creativity and teaching them new skills in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Parkwood
On the exclusive parkwood session, it's situated in an ancient woodland just north of Devil's Dyke near Brighton.
This is a special place for Kids Adventurists as it's where we first launched our Kids Adventurist sessions. The setting is a beautiful ancient woodland where we can explore a huge space for free creative play, build incredible dens, take our bushcraft skills up a notch as well as...if we're lucky... explore an incredible adventure obstacle course.
If the weather smiles on us, we’ll light up our campfire and enjoy the magic of outdoor cooking. From toasting treats to simple campfire recipes, it’s bound to be a highlight! And don’t worry—if the weather decides not to cooperate, we’ve got the comfort of a classroom nearby to keep everyone warm, dry, and safe while we continue the fun.

We will send full details closer to the time of drop off / collection information and exactly what's needed, including kit (think layers of warmth plus waterproofs, wellies / sturdy outdoors) etc. We'll also let you know what they need for food / lunch too.
