Our onsite pool area is great for the whole family to get a few laps in, or to enjoy splashing around with your family.

Please be aware that the pool depth is 1.3 metres.

Instructions

Please do not exceed these time constraints so that you and others using the swimming pool are able to gain maximum enjoyment from your session.

• Please check in at reception before entering the pool area
• Normal pool rules and ratio’s apply
• Your pool session will last for 45 minutes. We ask that you finish your session prompt on time to allow the next swimmers in as we have limited changing facilities. Please don't be late for you time session as you may get a shorter swimming time.
• Pool users must shower before entering the pool and use the pool side showers. Please no shower gels/shampoo whilst using the poolside showers.
• Sauna and Steam room are available to use
• The pool is not directly supervised but there is always a trained Lifeguard on site
• CCTV is in operation in the pool including our state-of-the-art Poseidon drowning detection system
• The pool is open 8am – 7pm seven days per week
• The pool is 1.3 metres.

The health and safety of our users are paramount and to ensure you have an excellent experience we ask that:
• Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, either swimming or as a spectator
• Children aged 4-7 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years, this can be done on a ratio of 2 (4-7 year olds):1 adult
• Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years) on a 1:1 basis
• If you have any medical conditions which you think may impede your ability to swim or enter the area then you must inform one of the reception team

For the comfort and safety of everyone using the swimming pool, we ask that you would please refrain from:
• Diving, bombing, running, dunking
• Jumping in the pool backwards
• Acrobatics
• Pushing
• Sitting on another person’s shoulders
• Fighting
• Petting
• Eating or drinking in or around the pool
• Shouting
• Crying wolf
• Using snorkelling equipment, flippers or large inflatables

Additionally, we ask that pool users take note of the following rules:
• Armbands and other such swimming aids are allowed in the pool
• Armbands are to be used on the arms only
• Babies must wear waterproof nappies if they are using the pool

Adult Swimming Pool Ticket (45 minutes)

This ticket allows one person aged 16 years and above in the pool. All children 4 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (1:1) who is also in the water with them at all times. Up to two children aged 4-7 years may swim provided one adult is in the water with them at all times. An adult must spectate up to two children aged 8-15 years and they must be responsible for the children's safety at all times. Your pool session will last for 45 minutes, this includes changing times and we ask that you finish your session prompt on time to allow the next swimmers in as we have limited changing facilities.
