In this class Maddy will guide you through a wonderful, mindful yoga class aimed at strengthening and toning the body, releasing tightness and tension, improving range of movement, balancing the nervous system and finding more ease in the body. In this class we take time with each posture or exercise to breath deeply into it and feel the subtle changes it makes to the body. The class will finish with a 10 minute blissful relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (you are welcome to borrow one of ours if you don't have one). Please wear comfortable clothes and bring layers.
