Join me this July for a deeply restorative ‘Soothing Summer’ Yin & Yoga Nidra event. Sunday 13th of July 2-4pm. In summer, the fire element is strong. When it overheats, we can feel anxious, overstimulated, or emotionally scattered.
Through long-held, supported yin postures and deeply restful yoga nidra, we’ll soften summer’s inner fire and create space for breath, emotional balance, and quiet connection.

All equipment is provided. Please wear your comfiest clothes and bring a blanket for comfort. Parking is available outside the hall.
🌿Kindred Cancellation Policy
Yin Yoga events are limited in spaces. Each place includes a full set of props and equipment — bolsters, straps, blankets, and eye pillows to ensure your yin experience is as relaxing and supported as possible.
Because these sessions often fill quickly, and spaces are limited by the amount of equipment available, We ask for at least 36 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives anyone on the waitlist a fair chance to take your place.
Unfortunately, cancellations made after this window can’t be refunded or transferred. You’re always welcome to gift your spot to a friend if something unexpected comes up.
