Returning to routines, we will be grounding ourselves , reflecting on the ambundance of the Summer months and settling in for the exciting turn of the seasons.
A refreshing morning of Breathwork & Asana practise, a home made lunch together followed by rest, digest, relaxation and the grounding of Om. The Studio in Greenhill lends itself to these workshop days, with light, space, comfort and all the yoga props we could desire.
Wear comfortable clothes, all equiptment and food provided, let Ruth know about allergies.
