This 3-hour workshop is designed to help participant learn about the importance of self-care both personally and professionally. Participants will reflect on their own self-care and explore strategies and concepts that could be built into their daily practice. There will be an emphasis on taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, during periods of stress.
In this workshop participants will also learn about mindfulness, self-compassion, the risks & red flags for vicarious trauma, and protective factors and strategies.
Parking:
There is no parking onsite at Klinic, however, there is free time-restricted street parking on Furby Street and Langside Street. Note: Please be mindful of parking time restrictions, as Klinic Community Health is not responsible for any tickets or fees incurred.
