A 60min introduction to aerial hoop held at the Carry on Crafting Festival, South of England Showground.
In this taster session we'll cover some simple
poses and seated positions on the aerial hoop. Suitable for all aged 16+, no previous experience necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Something you'd wear for a fitness class or yoga is perfect.
