Details

After celebrating their tenth anniversary last year, Kyra Women's Project share their approach to working with and empowering women in this talk as part of the York Festival of Ideas.

Kyra is run by women, for women. Through our holistic, non-medical approach we empower women to make positive change. We help our members deal with crises, change and barriers in their lives, giving them the space and support they need to understand their thinking and behaviour, explore alternative ways of being, and address emotional and practical issues.

We'll share advice for professionals and for individual women who wish things were different.
