Join us for a deeply nourishing two-hour healing experience, lovingly crafted to help you reconnect, realign and restore your energy.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting you to slow down, soften and set meaningful intentions for your journey ahead. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that encourages emotional release, clarity and connection – the perfect foundation for the healing that follows.

You will then be guided into a full immersive soundbath, where crystal bowls, chimes and sacred sound frequencies wash over your body and mind, easing you into profound relaxation.
During the soundbath, a practitioner will flow around the space offering hands-on (or off) Reiki energy healing, supporting energetic balance, release and deep inner harmony. This unique combination of sound and reiki creates a powerful yet gentle environment for emotional, energetic and physical renewal.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, grounded and deeply recharged.

Cacao:
Cacao contains natural stimulants and may not be suitable for:
Pregnancy (a small dose may be offered, but please let us know in advance)
Heart conditions or high blood pressure
Those taking antidepressants (especially MAOIs or SSRIs)
Sensitivity to caffeine or stimulants

Soundbath:
Sound healing may not be suitable for:
First trimester of pregnancy
Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy
Those with severe tinnitus or Meniere’s disease
Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device
