Details

Everyones favourite way to start a Sunday! A gentle vinyasa-style class overlooking the calming waters of the lake, moving through and slow stretchy sequence, perfect for beginners. Enjoy a moment of bliss before the week starts again.

Instructions

The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left and you'll see our beautiful studio overlooking the water. A limited supply of yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.
  • Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
  • If you have any recurring injuries/aches or pains please let me know before the class starts.
