Celebrate International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice with Lauren and Danielle at our stunning new location in Milton Earnest, The Grange.
We begin outside (weather dependent!) for an invigorating vinyasa flow practice, including creative sun salutations to welcome in the yang energy of summer. Before then getting cosy around the fire pit for an essential oil protocol, letter burning, and of course a colourful food platter to graze over whilst admiring the stunning grounds of The Grange as the sun sets.
Further arrival instructions will be sent to all attendees the week of the event.
Please bring a mat and any other props you may wish for during the yoga practice.
Upon arrival, continue through the gates and follow the drive to the right, drive past the house on your left hand side, continuing up the small hill where parking is available.
We shall meet on the grass just outside the house for welcoming drinks.
