Join Lauren and Danielle for the return of the incredibly successful Calm Collective Day Retreat! Set in the tranquil scenes of Tofte Manor, we will gather for a day filled with yoga, self massage, essential oils, nutrition and so much more!
This February we will of course have a valentines day theme, showing ourselves the love we most certainly deserve by nourishing our bodies, minds and souls, through creative movement, community and collaboration.
We shall welcome you with freshly prepared juices upon arriving at the cottage, before wandering over to the yurt to begin the day. You can expect a glorious heart opening yoga practice, essential oil workshops, using therapeutic grade essential oils from Doterra, and a hearty healthy lunch will be provided by local Bedford business Veggie Crush.
This day is intended to be an extension of our existing Calm Collective Collaboration evenings, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and full - full of love, kindness and joy.
Attendees will be sent more in depth arrival instructions to their email prior to the event.
Please come wearing comfortable clothing and bring some water. You are welcome to bring blankets, and extra layers too.
Tofte Manor is located in Sharnbrook just up the A6. Head to the main gate where you will be given an access code, and then parking is on the left hand side. Upon arrival either Danielle or Lauren will guide you to the cottage where we will meet and begin our day.
