A steady-paced mobility, strength, and flexibility-focused class featuring a warming and energising sequence. Incorporating carefully selected movements and drills designed to engage and strengthen certain areas of the body. We'll work towards building strength for headstands, splits and so much more.
The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left and you'll see our beautiful studio overlooking the water. A limited supply of yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.
