That week in between Christmas and New Year is perhaps the strangest time of the year... some of us might be working still, slightly bleary-eyed after all the christmas fun, others might be hibernating after all the social interaction. However you are spending this weird and wonderful time, I invite you to join me for a cosy extended practice at The Boathouse. We'll move through a slow yet uplifting sequence, to activate our parasympathetic nervous system and ease our digestive system. Bring your cosy blankets, fluffy socks, even your christmas jumpers if you like! And settle in for a morning of bliss...
The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left, walking down the path and you'll see our beautiful boathouse studio overlooking the water. Currently, yoga mats aren't provided, only the thicker gym mats, so please bring your own equipment where possible.
Please arrive 5 before the class begins.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
If you have any recurring injuries/aches or pains please let me know before the class starts.
