It's finally making a return! Join us for an afternoon of soft silky movement, learning a creative sequence to music, combining all my love for yoga and dance in one magical event!
No dance experience is necessary, yet some yoga experience is advised. Due to the nature of this event, I wouldn't recommend this for complete beginners.
In this workshop you are encouraged to move from a place within, there is no need to perform, and there is no pressure to be perfect. As we learn the sequence, we allow the music and the breath just gently carry us through some creative transitions, uplifting movements. Expect this to be a practice like no other!
Verve Wellness Studio is located to the left of Pure Gym on Manton Lane, MK41 7BJ. When heading to the studio, head to Pure Gym instead of the main Bedford Heights entrance where ample parking is available. There's a doorbell to let us know you have arrived and someone will come let you in. Yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are provided, yet you are welcome to bring your own in you prefer.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
