Join me for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you gently release the energy of the past year and welcome what’s next with an open heart.
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yin yoga practice, easing tension and reconnecting to the breath. Then we’ll move into a soothing sound bath, allowing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments to wash through the body — clearing space for peace and renewal.
You’ll be guided through a short intention-setting meditation, journaling reflections, and quiet time to simply be.
Leave feeling centred, refreshed, and inspired for the months ahead.

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to get comfy and settle in before we begin. Once we start, the space becomes very still, so late arrivals can be quite disruptive — I really appreciate your understanding and effort to arrive in good time.

Please bring anything that will help you feel cosy and supported, such as:
A yoga mat
A blanket or two
Pillows or cushions for under your head or knees
Warm layers (it’s easier to relax when you’re snug!)
