Tailored Yoga Practices: My classes will focus on gentle, beginner-friendly yoga sequences, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, Whether you have prior yoga experience or are completely new to the practice, I will guide you every step of the way.
Holistic Approach: I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. During the four weeks, we will not only focus on physical postures but also delve into mindfulness and meditation practices, promoting mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress reduction. Prepare to experience a deep sense of tranquility and renewed vitality.
Small Group Setting: To ensure individual attention and a supportive atmosphere, I am limiting the course to a small group of like-minded women. This will allow you to establish connections, share experiences, and encourage one another on this exciting journey. The camaraderie and support within the group will make your yoga experience even more enriching
What do you need to bring? A yoga mat (home bargains are cheap)
Also bring a blanket or something warm for therelaxation session at the end.
