As well as being on the incredible LESTA faculty as a teacher, Miss Louise is also a qualified Life and Mindset Coach. She is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
In this workshop, your child will learn about the power of gratitude and how it can help them cultivate a positive outlook on life. They will also have the opportunity to create their own Dance Dream board for the next year, which will help them visualise their goals and stay motivated to achieve them.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring pillows to sit on and a drink!
