Step into the turning of the season, when day and night meet in perfect balance. The Spring Equinox invites us to pause, to listen, and to align with nature’s steady rhythm.
Join me for a day of exploring prānā (the vital energy that animates us). We'll practice yoga and tai chi, where we’ll explore the shared language of energy across cultures.
Our midday will include a nourishing two-course vegetarian lunch, followed by a mindful woodland wander.
While the afternoon turns inward, as we explore the kośas - the five sheaths of being that layer body, breath, mind, wisdom and bliss. A yin practice inspired by these subtle maps will guide us into stillness, concluding with the spacious rest of yoga nidrā.
By the close of the day, you’ll feel replenished, rebalanced, and ready to step into Spring with quiet strength and clarity.
