As the seasons shift and light begins to return, Spring Equinox invites us into balance — a pause point between what has been and what is ready to grow.

This nourishing day retreat is a chance to slow down, soften, and gently reconnect with yourself as winter releases its hold. You’ll be guided through a carefully held day of rest, reflection and renewal, designed to support your nervous system and create space for new intentions to emerge.

The day will include gentle somatic movement — slow, body-led movements guided by sensation rather than shape. There is no pressure, no “right way” to move, and no experience needed. Everything is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.

Alongside movement, we’ll explore the energy of the Spring Equinox through guided reflection, intention setting, meditation and sound healing. There will be time for creativity, stillness and connection, as well as moments of quiet integration.

A wholesome lunch and nourishing snacks are included, allowing you to feel held and cared for throughout the day.
