Maternal Journal FRIDAY MORNINGS

These Maternal Journal spaces are running at The Herbert Art Gallery (Coventry) on Friday mornings from 10:15-12:15.
Children are very welcome to join these spaces.

Maternal Journal are supportive, creative spaces for any kind of mother* to connect and reflect together.

Creative Journaling invites you to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences using writing, marking making, collage... The art is gently facilitated and very process focused. You do not need to think of yourself as 'arty' to join these sessions.

All materials will be provided.
Tea and coffee with be available.

These spaces are run at an affordable price thanks to the support of Coventry City of Culture Try It Programme.
