Join me for this yoga programme at The Den. It will be a combination of all things yoga, inspired by the Celtic Wheel and mindful of the physical and healing needs we all have at this time. It will be both re-energising and deeply restorative!

All equipment provided - just show up!
All equipment provided: mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters.
Please wear warm, loose yoga clothing. Layers are best. Try not to eat two hours beforehand.
Leave plenty of time for parking (Chlorine Gdns is directly opposite/Eglantine Ave is next door) come through the main door at 37 Malone Rd (beside Abacus Restaurant) and up to the 2nd floor.
