Shoes must be removed before entering the play space/cafe and socks worn- please pop your shoes in the area provided.
Prams are to be kept outside of the play space/cafe at all times to help us continue to provide the cleanest and safest environment. There are pram bays to park your pram as you come in but these are limited- please only bring it in if you need it (if you can leave it in the car please do). Carried car seats are allowed in the cafe.
Parking is available in the bays directly opposite the cafe or around the front of the row of shops. If parking bays are full you can park on the roadside as you come in or there is a large car park as you come into the industrial estate (from the lakeside road) where you can park and walk down (hopefully you won't need to do this as we do have lots of parking).
Cars are parked at your own risk please do not park in front of the cafe or pizza shop for safety reasons.
Please ensure you read the booking T & C's- all children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult. We ask that adults ensure their children play safely and do not run in the play space.

For everyone's safety we reserve the right to ask for the responsible adult to step in if we feel play may be risky or dangerous to prevent any accidents.
