Ready for Round Two? is a 90 minute antenatal workshop for second time parents that'll get you reflecting on what was challenging the first time around, and how you can work together with your partner for a calmer and more confident postnatal period this time. We'll also explore practical strategies to prepare your older child, helping them feel included, secure and excited about their new sibling. You'll also leave with a workbook to take home so that you can continue the conversations and plan ahead for your new baby's arrival.
We will also include a Q&A on safe sleep, newborn care, feeding, and any other questions you might have.
Please note - this workshop is for parents only and our play resources will not be available.
This workshop is perfect at any stage of pregnancy.
Led by Rosie Greaves - certified postnatal doula, childbirth educator, and most importantly, mum of three children aged 7 and under.
