🌿 Mindful Mini Adventures – After School Club
A fun and calming after-school session designed to help children slow down, relax and reconnect after a busy day.
Through mindful stories, gentle yoga, breathing exercises, mindfulness, massage and relaxation, children will explore simple ways to calm their bodies, settle their minds and build confidence.
A lovely opportunity for children aged 4–8 years to pause, breathe and enjoy some calm time — while having fun along the way.
