Livelong is a place to reset your body. Our aim is simple - to help your body keep up with your life - whether your life entails triathlons, office work, mountain climbing or simply maintaining your vitality to play with your grandchildren. Our aim is to be the available pit crew who will always help you to re-find your foundation for your body and mind, so that it can perform as it was designed to.

Sometimes it’s hard to be accountable to yourself, especially with your health and wellbeing - that’s where we aim to come in. Whatever your goal, our aim is to improve your capacity to perform your life. As a health and wellness clinic, we would like to see everyone in a 1:1 session with our instructors, but we know time is hard to find. So get started with our classes and our instructors will talk to you about arranging a 1:1 if they feel it will be of benefit to you. These 1:1's allow our team to get to know you, see how your body likes to move, cover basic moves and get to know your health goals.

You can join our classes, events and workshops on a regular basis to allow us to help coach you towards your health goals, or just drop in when you feel in need of a reset. You can block book sessions to stay accountable to your goal or pay as you go.
