A monthly trauma-informed, body-based women’s circle, gentle, supportive space centered around nervous system regulation, safety, reconnection, and community.
This circle is for any woman who feels a pull towards slowing down, reconnecting with her body, and being in a space where she can show up just as she is.
Whether you’re:
• going through something right now
• have been through something in the past
• feeling disconnected or a little “off” but not sure why
• longing for deeper connection and supportive community
this space may be for you.
Each monthly gathering will include gentle, trauma-informed practices, body-based self-regulation tools, grounding, reflection, and optional sharing. There is no fixing, no pressure to speak, and no expectation to have anything figured out.
This women’s circle is open to all women.
Yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if that feels more comfortable for you.
You’re also very welcome to bring along any props that help you feel supported, such as a bolster, block, cushion or blanket to sit on.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move and relax in, as we’ll be doing some gentle, body-based practices.
The most important thing is that you feel warm, supported and at ease in the space.
Herbal teas will be provided. Please bring a mug to use on the night.
