The perfect way to relax as we wind down towards Christmas. It can turn into a bit of a mad time with to do lists around this time of year, so take a little time out for yourself.
In this session we'll take some gentle movement, followed by relaxing stretches and then a longer time for rest with a yoga nidra practice to help you to completely slow down.
Suitable for everyone, including pregnant, postnatal, any type of body, including those with injuries or conditions (if there's anything you need to let me know about beforehand, just get in touch).

If you haven't practiced yoga nidra before, it's amazing! Also known as yogic sleep, it's usually done lying down and the guided practice will transport you to a place somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. It's the perfect antidote to the madness of the festive season!
Wear your comfiest clothes, bring a bottle of water, your yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion or pillow. I'll have extra props with me but it's great to have those to help you to feel your most comfortable.
