The activities in this 3-hour workshop are designed to support mental health and cultivate unconditional self-love.
This workshop is for you if you:
-Are making your mental health a priority
-Are looking to learn and use strategies to support wellness
We will practice asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Level: All levels welcome
Wear comfortable layers.
Bring water or a cup if you would like to have some tea.
The venue has yoga mats, bolsters, belts and bricks but feel free to bring your own.
