Join Lorna May for an evening of Celtic storytelling, sound and deep rest inspired by the ancient myth of the Selkie.
In Celtic folklore, the Selkie is a seal woman who sheds her skin to walk upon the land. It is a story of longing, belonging and the journey back to ourselves when we have drifted too far from our true nature.
Through the retelling of this beautiful myth and an immersive sound bath, you'll be invited to slow down, soften and reconnect with what feels true beneath the noise of everyday life.
As mythologist Sharon Blackie writes:
"No woman can live long without her skin."
Together we'll explore this timeless story before settling into a restorative sound journey designed to calm the nervous system and create space for rest, reflection and renewal.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

Attendee Information
Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.
For your comfort, please bring:
A blanket
A pillow or cushion
Any additional padding you may like for lying down comfortably
Warm layers and cosy socks
A bottle of water
The sound bath is a deeply restful experience, and we encourage you to create the cosiest nest possible so you can fully relax and receive.
Please arrive a few minutes early, as we will begin promptly at 6.30pm.
