A gentle, soothing yoga session on the beach followed by 30 minutes in a sauna with stunning views across Kenmare Bay.
Please bring your own yoga mat or a large towel for the yoga class.
You'll need to wear swimmers for the sauna and bring a towel to sit on. There's no changing facilities but there are small public toilets near the carpark.
Please note refunds are not possible unless cancellation is made 48 hours before the session starts (a small administration fee applies).
