Baby Bumpkin Wriggler classes are for younger babies: 6weeks to pre-crawlers.
FOR YOUR BABY… our specially designed developmental programme incorporates gentle baby yoga postures with story-telling, sensory props and calming music.
FOR YOU… sessions are relaxed and fun, a great chance to stretch out tired muscles whilst at the same time giving your baby a lovely soothing baby yoga experience. Plus a great opportunity to meet new mums for support and community.

We will provide everything you need for an enjoyable class.
For hygiene purposes we recommend you bring your own blanket, plus a spare muslin for your baby to lie on (on top of our yoga mats).
We will be sitting on the floor, so if that is not comfortable for you please bring along a nice firm cushion to sit on.
