Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for women 12 weeks pregnant and beyond. Pregnancy Yoga will enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being, preparing you for a healthier pregnancy and childbirth experience.
We will provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where you can maintain fitness and flexibility throughout pregnancy. As well as enjoying calming breath work and relaxation techniques and we will look at common conditions during pregnancy and how yoga may help to alleviate these. We'll create our own wee community of expectant mum's and soon I'll be offering Mother and Baby yoga too, so we can continue the magic of the mat after baby arrives!
For the class please bring your yoga mat, a wee cushion and a blanket. Wear loose comfortable layers and bring a bottle of water.
