Join us in the magical salt cave for an hour of Yin yoga followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
Please bring your mat or a towel, as well as your cushion and blanket. Please wear light coloured clothing or something that you aren't concerned about getting salt on. You may wish to have shorts and a vest,but no swimwear please.
